Congratulations! Our academy has been awarded the "Compromiso de Calidad Turística" distinction in recognition of promoting Valencia as a safe and quality tourist destination.

It is a project to improve the quality of tourist destinations promoted by the Secretariat of State for Tourism (SET), with the support of the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP) and the aim is to generate confidence and security in both residents and visitors.

The Integral System of Spanish Tourist Quality in Destinations (SICTED) is a methodology that provides an integral and permanent system of quality management in a tourist destination with a new conception of the expected results, a focus on continuous improvement and an attitude of recovery and enhancement of resources and space.

SICTED is based on the integral awareness of the destination and the identification of common objectives of the agents involved.

The initiative is completed with the publication of guides for the reduction of SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus infection in the tourism sector. the implementation of specific actions for service, cleaning and disinfection, maintenance and risk management against the coronavirus.

Compromiso de Calidad Turística

"Compromiso de Calidad Turística", accredits and recognises the efforts made by the participating companies. The label is the support that accredits the fulfilment of the requirements established in the methodology and recognizes the effort and commitment to quality and continuous improvement. The award is valid for two years, although it is conditional on an annual follow-up assessment.

This recognition is in addition to the recognition obtained in September last year from Buenas Prácticas SICTED for the reduction of the risk of contagion of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus in the tourism sector. A prize that very few Spanish language schools for foreigners have been able to accredit.

Safety against IDOC

In this way, the competent authorities have once again accredited us (they also awarded us the Certificado Escuela ELE Segura ante el COVID-19, of FEDELE) as a safe academy against the coronavirus, for the peace of mind of our students and teachers. We have once again passed a strict audit on the implementation and compliance with a series of advanced good practices in the fight against the pandemic.

All the safety, hygiene and prevention measures that we have put in place are included in our Contingency Plan, which specifies in great detail all the measures and protocols that must be complied with by all, both teachers and students.
